Delivery and Shipping Policy

Inspire.world delivers to addresses within 48 contiguous states,  We do not ship to AK, HI  and internationally at this time.

Free standard shipping (3-5 business days). Oversized handling fee may apply. Valid on shipping to the 48 contiguous states, as well as APO/FPO.

We only offer standard ground shipping.  In the future we plan to offer expedited shipping for a fee.

For deliveries to be received before Christmas day, we recommend all orders be placed by December 10, 2016. 

Refund and Return Policy

Inspire.world offers returns for items within 14 days of delivery.  Returned merchandise will need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization, which Inspire.world will send to the customer) before shipping the item back.  In addition, each customer needs to follow the below terms:

  •   Customer needs to contact Inspire.world and request returns to be authorized. Inspire.World will initiate return process and will   contact customer with RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) . Printed RMA needs to be attached outside of the shipping box   being returned.
  •   Login to your account to access your order. Then you will be able to initiate return for that order.
  •   You will need to provide picture of the defective/damaged product and description of the damage.
  •   Any product which was received in damaged condition needs to stated clearly. This will ensure return process works      and replacement can be initiated. Customer will have to send picture of damaged product to Inspire.world.
  •   Any returned product must be sent back with all the items included in its package and in original condition.
  •   Returned items must include all its packaging materials, inserts and manuals, blank registration card(s), intact UPC codes along   with its accessories and software.
  •   Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer box, inside an outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all   parts..
  •   Please do not write or tape anything on the item or its original packaging.
  •   Do not ship back any items before you get the RMA. Any item returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
  •   Items returned with incomplete , damaged or not in saleable condition will not be accepted.
  •   The customer is responsible for the shipping, including the cost, and insuring their package, at full value, if they so choose.
  •   Lost, stolen or damaged packages during the the return process is the customer's responsibility.
  •   Customer must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive replacement product or proper credit. This means that the     item(s) should be returned by way of a reputable shipping carrier, the shipment should be insured, and it should have a tracking   confirmation or some method of delivery confirmation.
  •   Send an email to support@inspire.world with your return tracking numbers for product you have returned.
  •   Replacement items will be shipped back free of charge.
  •   Inspire.World hold the sole right to reject a return on any product that doesn't meet any of these requirements.
  •   Inspire.World hold the right to update our return policy for any reason at any time.

    

Return Exceptions for special category of products:

  •   Due to safety reasons, food shall not / will not be returned for any reason. All food sales are final. PLEASE NOTE: In accordance   with Federal Health Codes, all intimate apparel, underwear, swimwear, adult novelties, adult toys, and marital aids are not      returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer's defects.
  •   Video games sales are final. Returns are not accepted.  
  •   Some licensed products sale from  collegiate, NFL, NHL, MLB, Military are final. Only Damaged and products shipped incorrectly   can be returned.
  •   Automobile performance products sales are final. Only Damaged and products shipped incorrectly can be returned.
  •   All Gift card sales are final. Returns are not accepted.

 

Refunds:

  •   Non-defective merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less restocking fees up to 25%.
  •   Refund processing will take up to 2 weeks.
  •   The refund amount will be refunded back to same credit card or any other method as original payment was received.
